Minors are allowed to stay at Centum Premier Hotel.
All minor guests must present the required documents at check-in. Co-ed stays are strictly prohibited; only same-gender rooms are allowed when documents are submitted.
Requirements for Minors Staying with Adults:
If accompanied by an adult family member, proof of family relationship (family relation certificate or address verification on ID) is required.
If accompanied by an adult who is not a family member, all required documents must be submitted for each minor.

Minor Stay Agreement
Family Relation Certificate (if applicable)
Copy of Guardian’s ID
All documents must be verified for every minor guest.
Forms can be downloaded from the NEWS category on our website and must be completed according to the template.
Important Notes:
Unauthorized signatures or stamps on the Guardian Consent Form may be considered forgery and could result in legal issues.
Check-in will be denied if required documents are incomplete, and refunds will not be issued.

To retrieve lost items, please contact the hotel by phone with your name, check-out date, and room number. Items can then be collected in person or sent via courier (cash on delivery).

Please check in at the front desk on the 1st floor with your reservation information, and we will store your luggage for you.
A luggage claim ticket will be issued when your items are stored. Please present this ticket when retrieving your luggage.
What are the parking charges?
Complimentary parking is available for hotel guests: 1 vehicle per standard room and 2 vehicles per suite.
Guests can conveniently enter and exit the parking lot until 2:00 PM on the day of check-out.
After 2:00 PM, a fee of KRW 1,000 per 30 minutes applies, with a maximum daily charge of KRW 20,000.
